The list is quite vast and many of the other these symptoms are associated with many other illnesses and disease. The first thing to do is not rule out that having allergies may be causing you to be uncomfortable, physically and mentally, beyond the sneezing and coughing. Talk to your physician and express to them that you think that you may have allergies. Rather asking for a prescription for some of the most common antihistamines, such as: Flonase, Zyrtec, Singulair, Claritin, Allegra, Rhinocort, Beconase, or Nasacort; ask for a referral to have a blood test taken.
